We are a women owned and operated business. Our combined knowledge and experience covers all aspects of the horticulture world. We are specifically knowledgeable about plants that grow the best in this area of Florida.


Lesli Larmon, President, is a native of Florida and grew up in St. Petersburg. She founded the company in 1987 as Lesli Larmon Landscape Design, Inc. The dba Accent Trees & Nursery was born soon after that. She graduated University of Florida with a B.S. in Environmental Horticulture. She was one of 5 of her class chosen to do an internship at Walt Disney World. She also taught Plant Identification as a student teacher at University of Florida. Her special talent is in Landscape Design and has several award-winning landscapes, including 3 City of St. Petersburg Beautification Awards.
